Your Role
As Head of Data & AI, you turn Hublo’s unique data assets into AI-powered capabilities that drive product innovation and business value.
You sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering and Business Strategy, ensuring data and AI become core drivers of Hublo’s product differentiation and performance.
You lead Hublo’s data platform, analytics and AI capabilities, enabling teams to rely on high-quality data and embedding intelligent features directly into Hublo’s products.
You ensure AI initiatives translate into measurable value for both clients and internal teams.
You report to Adrien (CPTO) and work closely with Product, Engineering, Finance and Revenue leadership.
Your Mission
1️⃣ Define Hublo’s Data & AI Strategy
Identify high-value AI opportunities based on client pain points, product priorities and Hublo’s proprietary data assets.
Build a multi-year AI roadmap aligned with revenue growth, retention and product expansion.
Ensure each initiative is tied to clear business outcomes such as ARR growth, churn reduction or operational productivity.
Position AI as a key differentiator in Hublo’s product strategy and market narrative.
2️⃣ Turn Hublo’s Data into a Strategic Asset
Structure, qualify and enrich Hublo’s historical and real-time data.
Identify opportunities across predictive models, optimization engines, benchmarking or insight-driven capabilities.
Design data products creating value both within core product workflows and through additional insight layers.
Ensure strong standards for data quality, governance and responsible AI practices.
The objective: Hublo’s data should become a durable competitive advantage.
3️⃣ Build AI Capabilities Embedded in Hublo’s Products
Design AI capabilities addressing concrete client use cases such as smarter matching, forecasting, staffing optimization or AI copilots.
Ensure these capabilities are scalable, production-ready and measurable in impact.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Product Marketing to integrate AI seamlessly into Hublo’s product roadmap.
Support the articulation of AI-driven product differentiation and monetization opportunities.
4️⃣ Build and Operate a Scalable Data Platform
Design and maintain a modern data architecture supporting reliable company-wide access to structured data.
Oversee ingestion, transformation and storage of data across multiple systems.
Ensure critical dashboards and business metrics remain accurate, trusted and accessible.
Develop the infrastructure required to support advanced analytics and AI capabilities at scale.
5️⃣ Lead the Data & AI Organization
Lead Hublo’s Data Engineering, Analytics and AI teams, ensuring strong collaboration with Product and Engineering.
Develop reusable AI capabilities enabling product squads to integrate intelligent features efficiently.
Promote a data-driven culture across the company and raise AI literacy among product and tech teams.
Build a team capable of industrializing AI delivery and driving measurable business impact.
What we're looking for?
7–12 years of experience in Data, AI, Machine Learning or Advanced Analytics roles.
Strong background as a Data Scientist, AI Engineer or Data Leader in a tech environment.
Proven experience building production AI systems and scalable data platforms.
Strong expertise in modern data stacks, machine learning lifecycle and experimentation frameworks.
Ability to translate data insights and AI capabilities into concrete product and business value.
Experience collaborating closely with Product, Engineering and business stakeholders.
Strong leadership mindset with the ability to structure and scale a data function.
Engineering or technical background preferred.
Fluent in French and English.
