At Hublo, we are convinced that technology can fundamentally transform healthcare systems. Our vision is to help healthcare institutions become truly fulfilling workplaces and to free up time for caregivers so they can focus on their core mission: caring for patients.
To achieve this, we address one critical challenge: recruiting, structuring and retaining teams sustainably. Since 2016, we have been building a dedicated HR SaaS platform for the healthcare sector, with the ambition to become the reference HR platform for healthcare in Europe.
Today, Hublo is used by more than 6,000 healthcare institutions and over one million caregivers.
Certified B-Corp and mission-driven, Hublo combines impact with performance. In 2025, the company surpassed €30M in annual recurring revenue, is profitable and continues to grow strongly.
The founding and executive team is backed by leading French investors (Five Arrows, Revaia, Bpifrance). This solid foundation has enabled the completion of 4 M&A transactions.
With 200 employees today, the team continues to grow and every hire matters.
Want to concretely improve how healthcare systems operate? Let’s talk.
Your Role
As Senior Enablement Manager, you are the execution engine of Hublo’s go-to-market strategy.
Your mission is to translate business priorities into consistent, high-impact field execution across Sales teams with a strong focus on SMB Acquisition performance.
You operate at the intersection of Business Units, Sales Leadership and Revenue leadership to ensure strategy becomes practical, adopted and measurable execution. This is not a training coordination role. It is a revenue-impact role.
You report to the CRO and work in close partnership with RevOps and Heads of BU to drive adoption and performance at scale.
Your Mission
1️⃣ Translate Strategy into Field Execution
Turn BU-level priorities into clear, actionable sales playbooks adopted by Acquisition teams.
Structure value-based selling frameworks (discovery, qualification, multi-product positioning, closing).
Reinforce execution discipline across the full sales cycle.
Ensure every enablement initiative is tied to a clear revenue objective.
2️⃣ Drive Commercial Performance
Improve deal quality and velocity through stronger value-based selling.
Partner with Team Leads to structure execution routines and coaching reinforcement.
Identify performance and adoption gaps and deploy focused corrective initiatives.
Continuously upgrade sales standards based on market feedback and performance signals.
3️⃣ Structure Onboarding & Ramp-Up Excellence
Design and scale a structured onboarding program for fast-growing sales teams.
Reduce time-to-productivity and accelerate ramp-up consistency.
Build differentiated learning paths depending on segment and complexity.
Equip managers to become strong enablement relays and performance multipliers.
4️⃣ Measure Impact & Drive Adoption
Define clear success metrics: ramp-up time, playbook adoption, execution quality, multi-product penetration.
Track business impact and iterate based on data and field feedback.
Ensure enablement becomes embedded in daily sales routines — not an isolated function.
Success Metrics
Stronger and more consistent SMB sales execution
→ Shorter sales cycles, higher deal velocity per rep, improved win rates.
Faster and more reliable ramp-up
→ Reduced time-to-productivity and higher early-stage quota attainment.
Enablement directly supporting Business Unit performance
→ Initiatives adopted by Team Leads and reflected in measurable BU-level revenue KPIs.
What we're looking for?
6–10 years of experience in Sales, Sales Enablement or Revenue roles within a B2B SaaS scale-up (50–500 employees).
Strong field credibility (previous experience as a Sales is a plus).
Proven ability to translate go-to-market strategy into clear, operational sales frameworks adopted by teams.
Execution-first mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
Ability to influence without formal authority and drive adoption through credibility and pragmatism.
Business degree (or equivalent). Fluent in French and English.
