Your role
As an Account Executive, you are joining a growing team of 25 entrepreneurial and driven sales professionals (10 AE + 10 AM + 5 SDR) and your mission is to develop the French market, selling our SaaS B2B product to healthcare institutions.
Your main responsibilities are to:
Sales Pipeline Development
- Actively prospect within the assigned portfolio.
- Organize and conduct product demonstrations tailored to the prospects' needs.
- Ensure meticulous CRM management and accurate reporting of sales activities.
Sales Cycle Management
- Follow a short and transactional sales cycle, with occasional support from the manager.
- Participate in commercial negotiations and learn how to handle customer objections.
- Close opportunities by leveraging the team's best practices.
Collaboration and Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with the SDR team to maximize the impact of generated leads.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth transition for new clients.
- Contribute to improving sales processes by sharing key learnings.
What we’re looking for
- You have prior successful experience in B2B SaaS sales, acquiring new clients.
- You have outstanding communication and negotiation skills with a natural ability to build relationships;
- You are hands-on, proactive, independent and you are able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the sale cycle;
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to transform the healthcare sector;
- You are computer literate (Google suite, Slack, Notion, etc.);
- You have outstanding written & oral communication skills in French and are professionally proficient in English.
