Your role
The Head of Public Hospitals drives Hublo’s growth by leading retention, regularization, and acquisition strategies across the highly regulated and reputation-sensitive public sector.
Overseeing Sales and Customer Success across this segment, you will own the full revenue chain and ensure sustainable growth, strong retention, and long-term value creation.
This role combines strategic oversight and operational rigor, ensuring teams are structured, empowered, and aligned to deliver outstanding results.
You will also foster a customer-first, high-performance culture and collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate Hublo’s ambitions.
Your mission
1️⃣ Strategic Retention & Expansion
- Strengthen adoption and renewals across hospitals and GHTs, ensuring consistent retention and user satisfaction.
- Lead regularization of shared licenses and enforce governance clarity.
- Capture and communicate the financial value created by Customer Success teams.
- Drive long-term pricing realignment, correcting legacy discounts.
- Lead strategic negotiations on framework agreements, including major CHUs (e.g., AP-HP).
- Ensure contracts reflect long-term partnership value.
- Define winning strategies to capture the remaining public hospitals and GHTs.
- Leverage stakeholder relationships to open new doors at both HQ and regional levels.
- Equip clients with sticky modules to deepen engagement and reduce churn risk.
- Lead and grow a team of ~15 ICs (AEs, AMs, CSMs) dedicated to the public sector.
- Instill clarity, accountability, and a culture of performance, resilience, and ownership.
- Coach managers and senior team members to strengthen discipline and client impact.
5️⃣ Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with RevOps, Product, Enablement, and Finance to anticipate public sector needs.
- Influence product roadmap through structured feedback loops.
- Ensure coordination with peers leading other verticals to foster synergies.
6️⃣ Strategic Impact & Executive Presence
- Act as an executive sponsor with C-level stakeholders across the public ecosystem (Hospital Boards, ARS, Ministries).
- Deliver structured recommendations and insights to Hublo’s leadership team
- Represent Hublo externally with credibility, embodying our long-term vision for healthcare.
Why this role matters ?
This is a newly created role, as Hublo transitions from a functional, role-based structure to a verticalized organization.
The goal: to deepen our market expertise and align all functions within each vertical around a shared roadmap driving growth, retention, and user satisfaction.
The Public Hospitals vertical you will lead is highly strategic:
- It covers hospitals integrated (or not) within GHTs.
- It is marked by regulatory, institutional, and reputational complexity.
What we're looking for
- 8-12 years’ experience in enterprise SaaS or public sector sales, with proven success in long-cycle, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Strong background in P&L ownership, team management (incl. managers), and strategic negotiations.
- Track record in public sector or regulated environments, with credibility to influence institutional stakeholders.
- Expertise in pricing realignment, framework agreements, and contract regularization.
- Strong executive presence & demanding leadership style, able to inspire both teams and clients.
- Full professional proficiency in French & English
