Your role
As a Sales Manager, you will take center stage in driving Hublo’s business to the next level. Your leadership will inspire a team of talented sales professionals, while your strategic insight and execution will directly impact Hublo’s mission of transforming healthcare operations.
Reporting to Maxime (Sales Director), you’ll lead a team of 5 to 7 Account Executives to achieve and exceed ambitious new ARR targets, focusing on bringing new clients onboard and scaling our impact.

Inspire and Empower Your Team: Lead and coach a team of high-performing sales professionals, setting ambitious goals, fostering collaboration, and unlocking their potential to achieve outstanding results.

Drive Excellence: Monitor and optimize team performance, delivering consistent growth and providing actionable insights to Maxime and leadership to steer success.

Recruit the Best: Identify, attract, and onboard exceptional Account Executives, building a world-class team aligned with Hublo’s values and ambitions.

Be a Deal Closer: Actively participate in the sales process, from strategy and customer meetings to negotiations and direct closings, ensuring every opportunity is maximized and accelerated.

Champion Collaboration: Build seamless partnerships with Customer Success and Admin teams, ensuring smooth client handovers and operational alignment.

Shape the Product Future: Act as the voice of the customer, bringing critical feedback and market insights to influence Hublo’s product roadmap and innovation.

Set the Standard: Lead by example in leveraging tools like Hubspot and internal documentation. Create a culture of rigor, discipline, and excellence within your team.

Accelerate Growth with SDRs: Work closely with our Marketing and SDR Teams to optimize lead generation and pipeline velocity, ensuring your team has the fuel to outperform.

What we're looking for
- At least 5 years experience in a sales position within a Tech / Software Company
- Extensive experience in hunting and developing major accounts, with a concrete example of deployment within a Tier 1 group,
- First experience in team management and coaching,
