Nous répondons généralement sous 3 jours
At Hublo, we believe in the power of technology to transform the healthcare sector.
We envision a world where healthcare facilities are not just buildings, but thriving environments that inspire and support healthcare professionals.
To achieve this vision, we must first address a pressing challenge: helping healthcare institutions recruit, retain, and manage their workforce in a context of severe talent shortages.
This is why Hublo built a digital platform now deployed in 5,700+ healthcare facilities, used by 1,300,000+ healthcare professionals. After raising €22M in 2021, Hublo is scaling to become the leading HR SaaS & staffing solution for healthcare in Europe.
Today, with 200+ team members, Hublo keeps growing. Want to help us transform the healthcare system? Apply today!
Your role
The Head of People plays a pivotal role in shaping Hublo’s organizational effectiveness, culture, and long-term performance.
As a trusted partner to leadership and employees, this role ensures that Hublo attracts, develops, and retains top talent while maintaining a culture of performance, trust, and care.
Balancing strategic vision and operational rigor, the Head of People oversees the full HR scope - Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, People Operations, Workplace, and Labor Relations - ensuring alignment between people, processes, and Hublo’s business objectives.
We’re looking for someone who builds systems, not bureaucracy, and who makes our culture stronger as we scale.
Your mission
Strategic Leadership and People Vision
- Define and drive the People strategy aligned with Hublo’s mission and business plan.
- Partner closely with the COO and CEO to shape organization design, workforce planning, and talent development.
- Build and maintain a People Dashboard with key metrics on performance, engagement, attrition, and cost, reviewed monthly with the leadership team.
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on culture, engagement, performance, and succession.
- Anticipate and prepare the function for integration, change management, and labor law implications linked to potential M&A operations.
HR Business Partnering and Employee Relations
- Build a strong HRBP function focused on proximity, trust, and measurable business impact on engagement, retention, and performance.
- Support managers and teams through coaching, performance management, and talent development.
- Oversee disciplinary procedures, employee relations, and social dialogue (CSE) with rigor, fairness, and transparency.
- Ensure compliance with French labor law and collective agreements (Syntec), including consultation processes and documentation.
- Act as a legal and social point of reference for leadership on employment law, contract structures, and evolving regulations.
People Operations, Legal & Compliance
- Guarantee flawless payroll and HR administration, in partnership with Finance and external providers.
- Ensure accurate, complete, and compliant HR documentation — personnel files, contracts, amendments, and legal reporting.
- Supervise and secure compliance on key legal topics: working time, benefits, data protection (GDPR), M&A due diligence readiness.
- Build and maintain reliable HR systems and data to support decision-making and performance tracking.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and process standardization to scale efficiently.
Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand
- Oversee a high-performing TA team, ensuring alignment between hiring quality, speed, and candidate experience.
- Anticipate future hiring needs in line with business priorities and retention goals.
- Partner with the Marketing team to enhance Hublo’s employer brand and reinforce our positioning as a mission-driven tech company in healthcare.
- Promote inclusive, data-driven recruitment practices that support diversity and fairness.
Culture, Learning, and Engagement
- Reinforce Hublo’s culture of performance, collaboration, inclusion, and care.
- Build a true Learning Engine to foster growth at all levels — combining:
- Leadership Enablement for managers (coaching, feedback, decision-making, resilience)
- Individual Growth for ICs (skills development, career mobility, learning paths).
- Monitor and report key learning indicators: satisfaction, completion rates, and internal mobility.
- Design and implement engagement initiatives that strengthen belonging and trust.
- Champion Hublo’s mission and values through consistent leadership behaviors and transparent communication.
Team Leadership and Transformation
- Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary HR team (People Ops, HRBP, TA, Workplace).
- Create clarity on roles, ownership, and impact expectations across the function.
- Build a results-oriented, data-driven HR culture combining empathy, care, and execution discipline.
- Prepare the HR organization to scale and integrate additional entities post-acquisition, ensuring legal and cultural consistency.
Why this role matters ?
Because a company doesn’t grow by adding people : it grows by elevating its culture.
Hublo is entering a new phase: over 200 employees, strong growth, European ambitions, and a higher need for coherence between mission, performance, and daily practices.
That’s why the Head of People role is much more than an HR position.
It’s about turning a strong culture into a lasting competitive advantage by:
- Aligning people systems with business strategy,
- Empowering managers to lead with autonomy and accountability,
- Making rigor a source of trust, not control.
This role matters because it holds a rare balance: growing people without losing performance, scaling without losing humanity, and helping Hublo grow without losing itself.
What we're looking for
- 10+ years of experience across HR disciplines, including at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership or Head of People role within a fast-scaling SaaS or tech environment.
- Proven ability to build and lead end-to-end People functions covering HRBP, People Ops, Talent Acquisition, and Culture.
- Strong mastery of French labor law, collective agreements (Syntec), and social dialogue — including CSE management and complex employee relations cases.
- Strategic mindset with operational discipline: able to translate business goals into scalable people systems and measurable impact.
- Track record in driving organizational transformation, M&A readiness, and post-integration cultural alignment.
- Recognized for executive presence, sound judgment, and influence with both leadership and teams.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing empathy with high standards.
- Fully fluent in French & English.
