Your role
As a Senior FP&A Business Partner, you will play a critical role in Hublo’s growth and strategic execution.
Reporting to our Head of Finance, you will operate at the crossroads of finance, operations, and leadership—owning key processes such as budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and decision support.
You will act as a true business partner: helping teams make better decisions, challenging assumptions constructively, and proactively delivering insights that drive performance and strategic alignment.
Your main responsibilities are to:
1. Planning & Financial Modelling
- Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic reforecasts.
- Develop and strengthen the sales forecasting model based on CRM pipeline data, sound business assumptions, and historical trends.
- Contribute to the definition of commercial quotas by segment, profile, or vertical.
- Build financial models to simulate scenarios and assess their impact on performance.
2. Performance Monitoring & Analysis
- Analyse variances between actuals, budgets, and forecasts and identify levers to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Take full ownership of SaaS KPIs (e.g. ARR, MRR, churn, NRR, CAC, payback, LTV): define them clearly, document calculation rules, and ensure consistency over time.
- Guarantee the quality and reliability of performance data shared with leadership and investors.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance indicators (win rate, conversion rate, sales cycle, etc.).
3. Reporting & Communication
- Deliver regular financial reporting to the CFO, executive committee, and operational teams.
- Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
- Own and maintain the FP&A delivery calendar (to be defined jointly), ensuring timely execution of key deliverables (reporting, forecasts, dashboards, etc.).
4. Decision Support
- Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives (pricing, investment, fundraising, M&A, etc.).
- Partner with business teams to challenge assumptions and support decision-making.
- Co-design incentive schemes aligned with company goals and financial sustainability:
👉 Identify and address overspend risks (e.g. uncapped plans, overlapping boosts, legacy accelerators).
👉 Simplify and redesign schemes in collaboration with Revenue Operations.
5. Continuous Improvement
- Improve financial tools and systems (Excel, BI, ERP, etc.).
- Take part in the design and implementation of new FP&A tooling, from needs assessment to deployment (e.g. planning software, automated reporting, data structure).
- Bring structured opinions and past experience to help accelerate decision-making on future tooling.
- Define and track relevant KPIs for business performance management.
6. Investor Reporting & Support
- Contribute to the implementation of new monthly reporting tailored to investor requirements.
- Work closely with the Head of Finance to ensure timely and effective responses to investor questions.

-
You demonstrate real leadership in a business partnering context.
You know how to build trust with operational leaders, influence C-level stakeholders, and embed a strong financial culture across the company. You don't just report numbers — you help others take ownership of them.
🔎 What else?
- You’ve already worked in a SaaS / tech environment, ideally in a high-growth or evolving structure.
