Now, as we enter a new phase of expansion, we are looking for a Go-to-Market Manager: a strategic builder who can identify, prioritize, and launch Hublo’s next growth horizons from new product themes to untapped customer segments and make them successful at scale.

Your role
As Go-to-Market Manager, you will act as Hublo’s strategic explorer and execution driver. Your mission: transform market insights into tangible business outcomes, launch pilot projects, test traction, and scale new initiatives.
This role is high-impact, cross-functional, and directly connected to Hublo’s long-term growth strategy.
Your mission
1️⃣ Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Conduct in-depth market analyses to identify new segments, verticals, and growth opportunities.
- Build robust business cases, with a clear view of potential, risks, and success conditions.
- Prioritize initiatives to focus resources on the most promising levers.
- Define the positioning and value proposition of new offerings, aligned with Hublo’s vision and market needs.
- Design and execute pragmatic launch plans: from rapid pilots to full-scale rollouts.
- Measure, test, and iterate — turning uncertainty into clear, scalable trajectories.
- Lead strategic initiatives involving Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
- Translate strategy into actionable execution, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Act as the connector between insights, execution, and measurable business outcomes.
- Contribute to high-impact initiatives such as new product development, entry into new market segments, or post-merger integrations.
- Drive projects with a balance of analytical rigor and execution discipline.
- Deliver structured insights and compelling narratives that inform and influence C-level decisions.
- Be recognized as a trusted partner by leadership, shaping Hublo’s next growth horizons.
- Define and monitor key KPIs (supply-demand balance, engagement, satisfaction).
- Spot imbalances early and implement corrective action plans.

What we're looking for
- 5–6 years of experience, including 3 years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm and hands-on experience in a startup/scale-up.
- Strong analytical and market research skills: you can size opportunities, build business cases, and model scenarios.
- Proven experience in building and executing go-to-market strategies.
- Knowledge of SaaS / B2B tech (healthcare interest is a plus).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership: you thrive in ambiguity and drive projects from 0 to 1.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence and align stakeholders.
- Fluent in English & French.
