Your role
The Chief of Staff is the CEO’s strategic force multiplier.
Your mission is to bring clarity, discipline, and alignment across the organisation — ensuring that Hublo’s vision turns into consistent execution and measurable impact.
You will act as the operational right hand of the CEO, creating focus where it matters, strengthening leadership alignment, and driving the rhythms that keep the company moving forward.
You operate at the intersection of strategy, performance, communication, and cross-functional leadership : you simplify. align and accelerate.
Your mission
1. Strategy execution
- Lead or prepare, and continuously improve the core leadership rituals (Executive Committee, Leadership Team, All-hands), ensuring strategic clarity, decision follow-up, and accountability.
- Own the OKR process end-to-end: facilitate definition, alignment, tracking, and review of objectives across owners and contributors.
- Partner with the CEO, ExCo, and Finance teams to monitor business performance (KPIs, dashboards, business reviews) and translate insights into actionable decisions.
- Ensure the annual and quarterly roadmap planning cycles are well-structured, data-informed, up-to-date and aligned with Hublo’s strategic priorities.
2. Internal communication
- Drive internal communication of Hublo’s vision, mission, strategy, progress, and culture to foster clarity, engagement, and alignment at every level.
- Work closely with the CEO and the HR team to craft key messages and narratives that strengthen culture, purpose, and belonging.
- Prepare strategic content for All-hands meetings, CEO memos, and off-sites, ensuring impact, consistency, and transparency.
- Act as the guardian of tone and coherence in internal communication, ensuring alignment between what is said and what is done.
3. CSR & mission agenda
- Own the CSR roadmap across all dimensions (Entreprise à Mission, BCorp certification, and sustainability commitments), ensuring coherence, measurable impact, and consistent reporting.
- Lead the Entreprise à Mission Committee, coordinate external audits, and manage annual impact reporting.
- Work cross-functionally toembed CSR principles in Hublo’s operations, decision-making, and product evolution.
4. Special projects
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that are critical to Hublo’s growth or transformation but lack a clear owner.
- Step in temporarily to stabilize or accelerate strategic programs requiring focus, structure, or leadership sponsorship.
5. CEO’s impact & productivity
- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the CEO, offering structured thinking, analytical support, and candid feedback.
- Optimize the CEO’s time and focus: prioritize agendas, streamline decision-making, and prepare briefings for meetings.
- Producehigh-quality materials and narratives for strategic discussions and external engagements.
- Represent the CEO internally or externally when required, ensuring continuity, alignment, and credibility.

You will also lead the company’s CSR & Mission agenda, ensuring that Hublo grows with purpose, coherence, and a long-term commitment to impact.
In short: you help Hublo go faster, stay focused, and grow responsibly while enabling the CEO and the Leadership Team to operate at their best.
What we're looking for
- 5–8+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, or Chief of Staff roles.

Strong strategic and analytical abilities: structured thinking, synthesis, problem-solving.

Experience running leadership rituals, OKR processes, or performance steering.

Excellent communication skills: clarity, impact, and narrative thinking.

Ability to influence without authority and build trust across senior stakeholders.

High ownership, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity.

Strong judgment, discretion, and integrity.

Fluency in English and French.
