Job description
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communication, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the content strategy and its production for healthcare facilities and their leaders. The goal?
- Strengthen our relationship with healthcare leaders through differentiating, high-value and useful content for them.
- Demonstrate our expertise in the sector, our proximity and our partnership role with healthcare facilities.
- More generally, to build a strong brand image for Hublo that will align with our vision and mission.
Your missions will be:
Brand content creation (70%):
- Definition and implementation of the content strategy to create a solid engagement level with healthcare facilities leaders.
- Production of all the content related to this strategy: articles, white papers, website & blog content, case studies, webinars, newsletters, videos, infographics, social media posts and communication supports.
- Development of a BtoB editorial line for which you will be the guarantor, with a user-centric specific tone of voice for which you are responsible on all touch points.
Social media & communication (20%):
- Definition of the editorial planning and its proper implementation by each stakeholder (social media accounts, newsletter and other actions to be defined).
- Social media management: orchestration and promotion of our content through our LinkedIn and Twitter accounts, or any other relevant channel; analysis of our performance.
- Management of our marketing campaigns with the Traffic Manager.
- Management of the emailing database of our newsletter for the healthcare facilities leaders.
Influence (10%):
- Strategic and editorial watch in order to propose topics related to healthcare ecosystem news, and to create activations in line with the content strategy.
- Partnerships with relevant parties within the healthcare facilities ecosystem.
- Participation in physical events dedicated to this target group of healthcare facilities leaders to build solid professional relationships.
Preferred experience
- You have a literary/journalism academic background or EHESP
- You have a meaningful experience in writing specialized BtoB content (an experience in a SaaS company is a plus)
- You have a in-depth knowledge of the French healthcare sector
- You know how to deal with the expectations and challenges of a healthcare institution director
- You demonstrated a strong ability to write editorial lines and to develop a content strategy
- You already have an experience in the animation of professional social networks
- You speak French and English fluently
